Our last ribbon cutting was a ground-breaking held the Prescott Center for the Arts (PCA) located on 208 N. Marina St. in downtown Prescott. Mayor Greg Mengarelli was there representing the city and presented a Certificate of Recognition to Robyn Allen of the Prescott Center for the Arts. Gillian Haley Chamber Board member presented a Certificate of Special Recognition to Robyn. Jeff Timm attended and represented Congressman Paul Gosar’s office. Robyn Allen spoke briefly and was grateful for all the community support the center is receiving. The Project Architect for the future build was represented by Bill Otwell of Otwell & Associates, and Haley construction was represented by project contractor Allan Crary. Our MC was University of Arizona chamber intern, Lucas Forray. The PCA building is on the historic register so stop by and take a tour, for local history buffs it is fascinating to read the various plaques there about the history. The building was the old Sacred Heart Catholic Church and rectory dated from 1878. Rather than elaborate here, look at the photo below with the history, it once had a steeple over 115 feet tall and was struck by lightning several times. They have great Courtyard and artist’s gallery. Construction hasn’t started yet but it should be an outstanding addition. They were given an anonymous donation of 3 million dollars, unheard of these days and I think critically important to our downtown.

They offer a professional address, office suite with availability for conferences for businesses. This can be a big savings for small businesses that don't want to rent a small office space. Over the last year, the pandemic has given people a small glimpse of the vital role of EMS professionals. The sacrifice and dedication of EMTs, paramedics and other EMS practitioners has rightfully earned them admiration and gratitude in their communities. Calling us heroes sometimes obscures the fact that—behind those masks—are people who, every day, take on many crucial roles including Healthcare professionals, Emergency managers, Social workers, Crisis counselors, Consolers, and Caregivers. With two great locations and sponsoring of several organizations and great events, Summit 4x4 Company is definitely a business to highlight, get the inside look with owner, Jesse.
We are so happy to share and announce the Ribbon Cutting we had on Friday, May 7th at Prescott Complete Care.
Our Master of Ceremonies, Hunter Powell with the Prescott Chamber of Commerce introduced Prescott Complete Care and welcomed those in attendance. This includes their contact with the City of Prescott, Robert Milligan who filmed the event and Bob Shanks, the Prescott Chamber Volunteer Photographer. Mayor Mengarelli spoke and awarded a certificate of recognition to Prescott Complete Care announcing May 7th to be Prescott Complete Care Day in Prescott. Danielle Rickert spoke and awared PCC with thier first dollar certificate. Prescott Complete Care was born from the passion of two Prescott medical providers wanting to provide the community with more personalized care. With two decades of combined experience in orthopedics, emergency medicine, and urgent care, Kaia and Zachary have felt for years that the Prescott community has been in need of better patient-provider relationships. Often, patients turn to expensive urgent cares or emergency rooms for medical care simply because they do not have a primary care provider, or because if they do it takes weeks to months to get an appointment. At Complete Care, we want to change that. We hope you find us to be a quality and money-saving solution for your primary care needs. |
