2024 Arts & Crafts Shows and Events
Greetings Vendors,
Welcome to 2024! It is with great excitement that we extend an invitation for you to participate as a vendor in our upcoming 2024 Arts & Craft Shows and Events in downtown Prescott; Off-Street Festival, Territorial Days Art & Crafts Show, 43rd Annual Bluegrass Festival, Faire on the Square Arts & Crafts Show, and Fall Fest in the Park. With the New Year, we also have a few new adjustments we would like to relay to you, so please read through this welcome letter to help guide you. We look forward to connecting with you for a successful 2024 season.
New for 2024! Beginning this year, we have decided to make a strategic shift in our event structure. We will no longer be offering 3-day shows. Instead, our focus will be on creating a more concentrated and impactful experience for both vendors and attendees over 2 days.
Starting this year, we are implementing a new registration process and spaces for these events will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis allowing you the vendor to choose your space. This means that registration OPENS on February 1, 2024, and spaces will be assigned based on the order in which they are purchased. We believe this new process allows for a fair and efficient allocation of spaces. Please note that NO spaces will be held and registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
For the first time, we have partnered with the new Pine Ridge Marketplace (formerly known as the Prescott Gateway Mall) to provide a new location for our 2024 Arts and Crafts Shows. The first show at the new location will be our OFFStreet Festival. This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to continuously improve and expand the opportunities for our valued vendors. This NEW location brings a unique shopping atmosphere, attracting diverse customers eager to explore and discover exceptional handmade goods.

In 2023, we proudly maintained a flawless record, receiving no violations from the County, and we greatly appreciate your contribution to this success. To help you avoid these fines, we have updated the most recent rules from the Yavapai County website. Please make sure you abide by these rules at all times to prevent you from being fined. Ensure you are familiar with the rules that pertain to the event you are partaking in. If you have any questions, please ask the questions so we can assist you in accordance. Ultimately these rules are in place to keep the Yavapai Courthouse Courtyard in its best condition and to be able to continue having events in the beautiful space.
Please take note of the changes to the Yavapai Courthouse Plaza Map. There are now permanent markings at the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza to provide a clear and consistent guideline for all. Booth spaces NOT available in 2024: 24, 33, 64, 66, 78, 86, 98, 99, 108, 111, and 129. Booth spaces are 10x15 (Single) or 10x30 (Double). As reflected on the Map, you will see spaces outlined in a box to represent they are available to purchase as a Double.
Lastly, we wanted to highlight that driving motorized vehicles on “I” blocks of the Courthouse Plaza will NOT be allowed. Important Change: Permission has been arranged for artists in spaces 8-16 and 112-123 to drive into the south portion of the county property from Union Street. Each artist must show proof of an oil drip tray upon entry from Union Street. This must be used the entire time the vehicle is parked on county property, both for unloading and loading. There are no exceptions! As always, artists are expected to unload and load in a timely manner and be considerate of other artists using the area. This is 1 way only – enter from Union Street; exit east spaces 8-16 and 112-123 at the corner of Goodwin & Cortez; exit west spaces 17-34 at the corner of Goodwin & Montezuma. Please be kind to other vendors by utilizing time management and remove your vehicle as soon as you have unloaded what you need.
Should you have any questions, ideas or just want to connect, feel free to reach out to us at any time.
We value your input and appreciate the collaborative spirit that makes our community thrive.
Once again, thank you for being an essential part of the 2024 Arts and Crafts Shows. Your time, talent, and participation are truly valued, and we can’t wait to create extraordinary memories together.
Warm Regards,
