Friends of Jersey Lilly Saloon
Courthouse Lighting Donations

Support the Annual Prescott Courthouse Lighting
Help The Friends of Jersey Lilly Saloon by donating auction items or donating online
The Friends of Jersey Lilly Saloon is a committee of locals who  in  2008  saw a need to begin fundraising efforts to KEEP PRESCOTT LIT as Arizona's Christmas City lighting up over hundreds of trees surrounding the courthouse plaza. Annual fundraising efforts raise and donate over 42k. That makes The Friends of Jersey Lilly Saloon the single largest contributor to the annual lighting event.
RAFFLE DETAILS
The Silent Auction will take place online this year starting a couple of days before the live auction on Monday, October 31 - November 3rd at 5:00 pm.  This will be a dynamic event with items being added throughout the event.  The Silent Auction will close out just prior to the start of the Live Auction. The Live Auction will be held at the Jersey Lilly Saloon as usual and will be available online as well for folks to bid from anywhere they might feel comfortable. For full details regarding the dates of the raffle/live auction visit our website at www.thefriendsofjls.com. We’ll start off with the silent auction, complimentary food once again provided by Gary Denny and El Charro Norte restaurant (www.elcharronorte. com), and viewing of the live auction items. This is followed by the exciting live auction. At this point we won't be starting the online silent auction until Monday, November 2nd and it will end on Monday, November, 9th.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT
The Friends of Jersey Lilly Saloon realize the challenges you all have faced this year and would be grateful for any support you are comfortable with. A committee member or a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador will be contacting you in the next few weeks, so please consider what you can do to support our efforts (gift certificate, artwork, memorabilia, product, employee participation, etc.). If you prefer you may contact the Jersey Lilly Saloon or the Chamber of Commerce to make arrangements to have your donation picked up. Your support does make a difference which you will see during the Courthouse Lighting ceremony. Thanks in advance for your consideration and continued support. Everyone who donates to the Friends of Jersey Lilly Saloon’s Courthouse Christmas Lighting Fundraiser is considered a Friend of Jersey Lilly Saloon. With your support this year, we can make the Courthouse Christmas Lighting as spectacular as ever!
