Vendor Applications

Greeting Vendors,

Welcome to 2022!  We first wanted to share with you that the Prescott Chamber of Commerce will be taking care of managing our 2022 Arts & Craft Shows and Events in downtown Prescott; Off-Street Festival, 41st Annual Bluegrass Festival, Territorial Days Art & Crafts Show, Faire on the Square Arts & Crafts Show, and Fall Fest in the Park. With the new year, we also have a few new adjustments we wanted relay to you, so please read through this welcome letter to help guide you.  We look forward to connecting with you for a successful 2022 season. All applications, photos, and payment will be handled directly with the Prescott Chamber of Commerce.

Yavapai County has raised the cost of public shows on the Courtyard Plaza.  Due to the increase in fees, we will unfortunately have to adjust our pricing as well.  However, we do value your participation in these shows and plan to create a price adjustment that will hopefully avoid a negative impacting on your budget as well.  Although there will be an increase in booth prices, we will be removing the “Application Fee” of $30.00 that was established from the past partnership in 2021.

In 2021 we saw a huge increase in fines for Yavapai County Courthouse violations.  Per our Rules and Regulations, these fines are passed on to the vendor responsible for the violation.  We at the Prescott Chamber of Commerce would like to help prevent these fines by being proactive in stopping violations from happening as soon as possible.

In our attempt to help you avoid these fines, we have updated the most resent rules from the Yavapai County website.  Please make sure you are in accordance with these rules at all times to prevent from being fined.  Ensure you are familiar with the rules that pertain to the event you are partaking in.  If you have any questions, please ask the questions so we can assist you in being in accordance.  Ultimately these rules are in place to keep the Yavapai Courtyard in its best condition and to be able to continue having events in the beautiful space.

As we all are aware, the world we live in is ever evolving.  Therefore, this year there will be additional forms that require signage prior to being accepted into the show.  These additional documents touch on the COVID-19 Pandemic, Rules and Regulations, and the required insurance for the show.  We have also made the application process available online.

Lastly, we wanted to highlight that driving motorized vehicles on “I” blocks.   or any other areas of the Courthouse Plaza will not be allowed.  We understand that some vendors are used to driving onto the south end of the Plaza for loading and unloading, however this will no longer be permitted.  All vehicle loading and unloading will only be allowed on the curbsides where parking has been blocked off for your usage.  Please be kind to other vendors by utilizing time management and remove your vehicle as soon as you have unloaded what you need.

We appreciate your time, talent, and participation.  We hope together we can make 2022 the best
year this far!

Important Change:  Permission has been arranged for artists in spaces 9-36 and 121-132 to drive into the south portion of the county property from Union Street.  Each artist must show proof of an oil drip tray upon entry from Union Street. This must be used the entire time the vehicle is parked on county property, both for unloading and loading.
There are no exceptions!
As always, artists are expected to unload and load in a timely manner and be considerate of other artists using the area.
This is 1 way only – enter from Union Street; exit east spaces 9-18 and 121 – 132 at the corner of Goodwin & Cortez; exit west spaces 19-36 at the corner of Goodwin & Montezuma.
