Regarding Acceptance to Shows: The Prescott Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to disqualify any exhibitor for failure to comply with the rules and regulations and also reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. The Prescott Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse acceptance to any exhibitor. Regarding Photographs for the Jury Process: The Prescott Chamber of Commerce is updating the requirements for accompanying photographs to be submitted with applications for space in the Arts & Crafts Shows on the Courthouse Square.  These changes are being implemented to help everyone comply more fully with the County Requirements for such events on the Square.   A minimum of four (4) photos are required: 2 (or more) of the artwork or craft to be sold on the Square* 1 of the booth to occupy the assigned space 1 of the artist creating the artwork/craft   *Items unrelated to those in the photos may not be offered for sale in your booth.   Your photographs will be returned to you at the completion of the last show they are submitted for ONLY if a Self-Addressed STAMPED Envelope (SASE) is provided for this purpose.  This SASE is in addition to the one everyone is asked to provide for the response to their application.   Regarding County Violations: Vendors must pay any fines imposed by Yavapai County for violations of Courthouse Plaza rules. Fines will be billed by the Prescott Chamber of Commerce after the show is completed.  If fines remain unpaid, entries for future shows will be denied until payment is received.
